Description:

  • As a member of our team, you will be expected to:
  • Stay on top of project needs and assigned service categories;
  • Develop and maintain close working relations with the contractor’s key personnel;
  • Organize and lead work coordination meetings;
  • Draw up construction and installation contracts and manage changes;
  • Negotiate chargebacks and contract disputes;
  • Monitor progress on batches of work packages according to the contract strategy;
  • Ensure conformity of files for the various construction contracts and services under your responsibility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration or engineering;
  • At least four to six years of experience in contract management;
  • Experience in a project environment and on construction sites (industrial construction would be an asset;
  • Experience with integrated management systems would be a significant asset.
  • Bilingualism, an asset.
