Job Description :
The incumbent will work closely with project managers and BBA's technical engineering team. The role is mainly to coordinate the various tasks related to managing an entire project cycle.


• Ensure the project management process runs smoothly.
• When a projects kicks off, advise the project team on best practices and methods associated with sound project management.
• Help optimize the project structure of the technical engineering team.
• Propose required monitoring tools (schedule, workforce plan, cash flow) based on project needs.
• Collect information necessary to update projects and integrate this information into the tools.
• Analyze performance indicators and propose actions to ensure project success.
• Prepare and revise project change notices.
• Finalize the billing process by controlling business agreements for assigned project portfolio.
• Participate in general project administration tasks.

Requirements :
• DCS in Administration, ACS in Project Management Technology or a combination of relevant education and work experience. Any combination of training and experience will be considered
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Ability to communicate in both English and French, both verbally and in writing
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office IT tools, especially Excel and MS Project
