Job Description :
In joining our structural team, your will work with members of multidisciplinary teams (engineers, technicians, drafters and others) and perform studies, design or detailed engineering for our various projects.

More specifically, you will:
• Help prepare engineering documents for the design of works for projects in the following sectors: industrial, mining and metals, energy, oil and gas, environment and sustainable development, etc.
• Design steel and concrete foundations and structures.
• Coordinate design activities with other disciplines (mechanical, electrical, etc.)
• Prepare estimates, technical specifications and reports.
• Contribute to work planning, organization and evaluation.
• Maintain friendly, close relations with colleagues and clients or their representatives.
• Help prepare estimates, schedules and budgets, where required.
• Participate in site work supervision.
• Carry out other technical duties to assist with projects.

Requirements :
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or any equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
• Member of the OIQ
• 10 years of experience designing steel and/or concrete structures
• Advanced knowledge of structural analysis software
• Ability to read drawings
• Knowledge of work site supervision
• Intermediate knowledge of the MS Office Suite
• Available for occasional travel to client sites
• Asset: Experience in dynamic analysis of structures
• Asset: Experience with finite element analysis
• Asset: Hold the Health and Safety on Construction Sites card from ASP Construction
• Asset: Bilingual (English and French)
