Job Description :
BBA is seeking a talented candidate to support our technical teams in preparing documents, correspondence and updating files. The role of the Project Administrative Assistant at BBA consists mainly of editing content. Working closely with our engineers and technicians, your talent will be mainly to proofread and correct their technical documents.

• Format, revise and correct the language quality as well as the digital accuracy of documents, such as specifications, plans, reports, proposals, etc.
• Print, scan and bind documents so that they are ready for final submittal.
• Assist in the final issuance of deliverables.
• Track the project quality folder, from start to finish.
• Cover reception as needed

Requirements :

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Any experience in the field of consulting engineering or any other professional service field would be a major asset.
