Job Description :
The incumbent will join a dynamic team with a worldwide reputation in control system migration for international clients. The mandate will consist mainly of installing cutting-edge industrial control systems and providing IT/OT support to our Distributed Control Systems (DCS) team. Custom training will be provided to the candidate to enable him or her to acquire unique knowledge in this field.

Key responsibilities:
• Install and configure ABB 800xA systems and related software (operating system, MS Office, SQL Server, etc.)
• Design and implement virtual machines (VMware ESX)
• Configure switches or firewalls
• Configure Active Directory domain controllers and directories
• Install and configure antivirus software (e.g., McAfee)
• Manage machine fleet for the migration group
• Write technical documents
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance
• Occasionally provide training at client locations
• Occasionally travel to client locations

Requirements :
• College Diploma in Computer Technology
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Bilingual (English and French)
• Hold a passport
• Asset: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
• Asset: Experience in the industrial sector
• Asset: Knowledge of instrumentation and control (DCS/PLC)
• Asset: Microsoft certification, VMWare, Cisco or others
