Job Description :
As part of various IT/OT infrastructure projects for industrial clients, the IT/OT Infrastructure Administrator will serve as the technical manager for networks, virtualization, servers and Active Directory applications.

During network deployment projects, the incumbent will be responsible for coordinating and planning rollout and operational support for IT/OT systems.

The incumbent will be expected to:
• Maintain a professional relationship with clients.
• Participate in defining the scope of projects and proposals
• Make sure assigned deliverables meet quality requirements and are completed on time.
• Plan and coordinate execution of assigned deliverables.
• Plan and perform tests for projects or at client sites.
• Produce technical data sheets at client sites.
• Participate in commissioning.
• Provide technical assistance at project deployment and after delivery.
• Be proactive and contribute continually to improving cybersecurity for relevant mandates.

Requirements :
• College Degree or Bachelor’s degree in computer science and networks or any combination of studies and experience relevant to the position
• Have at least five years of experience administering IT or OT networks and infrastructures
• Knowledge of the various network and routing protocols as well as traffic analysis tools
• Knowledge of network management and operation software
• Experience managing IT equipment (Active Directory, SCCM, ticket management system)
• Experience configuring network equipment
• Bilingual (English and French)
• Asset: knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
• Asset: experience with cloud computing, hyper-convergence (SDS), SDN and SDWAN
• Asset: knowledge of best practices in IT infrastructure design, such as server rooms and telecommunications rooms
• Asset: familiarity with Linux and Windows systems administration
