Job Description :
You will work under the supervision of the HR Department Manager – HRBPs, HR Projects and in collaboration with the Human Resources (HR) team.

As an HR Technician, you will provide administrative and technical support to the team in all areas of HR management for BBA’s offices. You will work on a dynamic and motivated team. To be successful and to enjoy working with our team, you must be autonomous, resourceful and quick to learn.

Support to Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs)

You will be required to:

Coordinate new employee onboarding and monitor their integration.
Monitor the BBA Contribution Management Program.
Prepare various letters to confirm changes in employee files and file documents.
Help with the project to draft BBA work methods and improve HR tools.
Coordinate the outboarding process.
Under the supervision of an HRBP, coordinate the firm’s leadership program.
Participate in implementing a thorough employee onboarding tracking process.
Manage documents for files related to employee files.
Process requests for maternity, paternity, leave without pay, etc.

Training support

You will be required to:

Coordinate certain training programs, such as the Health, Safety and Environment and HR programs.
Coordinate various information sessions.
Coordinate English classes.
Submit grant applications to Emploi-Québec for training.
Inform employees about HR policies and procedures.

Requirements :
Diploma of college studies relevant to the position
From three to seven years of relevant experience
Excellent skills with IT systems
Ability to work thoroughly and meticulously in a dynamic work environment
Strong analytical skills and great attention to detail
Proactive, autonomous and resourceful
Excellent communication abilities
Ability to work on a team, to anticipate needs and to take appropriate action to meet those needs
Bilingual (English and French) spoken and written
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (intermediate knowledge of Excel)
Asset: Experience with processing HR data
